A substantial portion of office work today involves tasks that can be automated. Automating these workflows—such as administrative duties and business operations—leads to increased employee productivity and enable people to work on more engaging and interesting things. I have developed a deep learning-based AI Agent that can complete complex workflows while at the same time being fast and reliable. My approach allows the Agent to learn advanced abilities, whilst also offering the degree of accuracy required to work consistently at an enterprise level. This distinguishes Pathfinder from competitors who offer automation solutions that are either very capable or reliable but not both simultaneously.

The first stage in the process is to identify workflow(s) for which automation would be the most advantageous. The key metrics here are the total amount of employee hours that will be saved each month and how often the tasks have to be performed.

This stage can be completed in a couple of meetings.

Once the candidate workflows have been identified, we can begin training the Agent. First, the required data must be assembled. This generally consists of a handful of screen recordings of the tasks being completed by the user. The Agent is then trained and refined to complete the tasks.

The stage takes between 2 and 4 weeks.

The next stage consists of installing the required software on the user device(s) and setting up an authorized remote desktop session. When the setup has been completed, we can begin testing the Agent in a real-world setting.

This stage can be completed in less than 2 weeks.

4. Support & Expansion

The subscription begins after testing has been completed and the user is satisfied. Ongoing support is provided and by this point it can be advantageous to return to stage 1 to identify additional workflows that can be automated at the organization.

This stage continues indefinitely.

The Pathfinder Agent is used to automate administrative tasks for the digital marketing company CME. The workflows consist of tasks that span multiple platforms. The Agent is able to effectively navigate on the actively changing interfaces and completes the workflows twice as fast as a person. The Agent automates 5 distinct tasks, saving CME's employees many hours a month. The Agent can be seen completing the Property and Tag creation tasks in the clips below.
